Oh my god if the Krogan Warlord is a second Kroguard I will be so incredibly angry. It is bad enough that the hammer is a "Biotic" hammer, as if that makes a lick of goddamn sense.

Well logically:
- we have Krogan Shaman, soldier, sent, vanguard already
- we have an infiltrator with a special weapon based attack (Shadow)
- we have a biotic infiltrator (Huntress)
- no biotic engineers
Logic dictates the new Krogan Warlord MUST be an infiltrator

The warlord is a sentinel. And your "logic" makes no sense dude.

I just hope bioware implements a degree of "adaptation of skill" to the jug like they do with the volus, would be really annoying and game breaking to have every nub crutching with the same character in pugs.

I understand your logic, but my logic says a Krogan can't infiltrate anything

Which makes me think he will be an UR, so you wont see him in every single pug match

Maybe not, it depends on the hitbox, not the skin/model. (which is already smaller than Geth Prime)

He doesn't really have to hide in the box anyway. Tons of shields and health, stagger resistance/immunity, sync kill immunity (most likely)...

With a pulse cannon, geth turret to regen shields, HM maybe? and a Spitfire. With that level of DR and resistances above, he's going to be a formidable character to put in a choke point or hold the line.
I'm not sure how fast his normal speed even is, it could be a bit faster than normal given his size, but balanced by his inability to dodge, use cover, even soft cover effectively, can't run, massive target.
It'll be interesting to see how he turns out.

Devs stated he is slower than other kits before talking about the fact that he can't run.
And since the game is basically "rush to spawns and do objectives" i wouldn't be so sure that he's gonna be great, since he can't do that.

He's not going to be a speed running character.
Though that doesn't mean he wont be a solid character otherwise.
We should know by now that BioWare doesn't always build characters around being able to rush spawns and objectives, because there are more playstyles than just that.

That's true, but the fact is that being WALKING during 11 waves will be pretty boring and almost certainly pretty hard to deal with, especially with it's HUGE hitbox.

Really he needs 2 things:
A. Strong durability
B. Immunity to sync kills
For the Geth Juggernaught there is no retreat if he can't run. He would need to be able to stand his ground and take it like a boss.

pugs aren't capable of doing this for the most part, and if you're playing with friends then you probably shouldn't play the Juggernaught if your team is built for spawn nuking or you know it will occur.
Not every character is going to be designed for spawn nuking, nor does every character need to be.
Some people find spawn nuking to be even more boring than the box of shame =P
