Did it take anyone else a while to really figure out the interface?  I was going through the wilds last night and kept getting quests with letters and wills and was utterly baffled that they didn't show up in my inventory.  My quests kept asking me to read them and I could not find them.  I FINALLY figured out it all went to the Codex, but man it took me half the night to stumble on that.  Finally was able to solve some of those sidequests and felt like an idiot...  Ah well, the game still dominates all.
