Agree with a lot of the above though I despised the Mako, my only gripe with how they handled Jacob is that from what I understand if you don't have Kaiden a straight Jacobmancing femshep is pretty much screwed.

Leave my Mako alone! Image IPB

Well, that will teach those femSheps to kill off Kaidan! If I were to make a Shepard that is pissed at the end and chooses refuse I would have her romance Jacob ... her thumbing up her nose and letting this cycle burn would be her middle finger response to him. A woman scorned and all. Image IPB

Lmao, could totally see that...and nope, Hammerhead is miles better than the Mako :P

- Mass Effect 3 is the best of the series by a country mile (not sure how unpopular that opinion actually is though)

- Priority Earth is one of the best missions in the series (could have used more aliens though)

- Leviathan is the best DLC

- A slightly more solid background story should have been given for Shepard, the player could then choose an angle. For example, rather than the Ruthless background, it could be the War Hero background but with a ruthless/renegade slant. It could then be referenced more often by characters, and Shepard's background not feel like such a pointless gimmick on the rare moments it is thrown in.

- Shepard should also have been given a first name (like John or Jane), it's just a little weird not to occasionally hear it.

- Liara, Garrus and Tali were significantly better characters in ME3. Take Garrus, in ME1 and 2 he was some sort of ideological fascist bully. In ME3 he has his head screwed on (call it character development if you want, but he's more likeable in ME3 anyway)

- Thane is cool to take on missions, but in the personal convos his character is uninspired and its just this hackneyed redemption story. Hmm...well maybe he's not that bad. All that spiritual buddhist nonsense was a bore though.

- Diana Allers' voice actor did no worse than half the trilogy's voice actors. (I mean some of ME1's voice work is ridiculous, it's like Skyrim or something)

Honestly, the more I play the game the more I find myself agreeing with this, my only real complaint about the character is what her existance suggests (and that god awful dress )

-Most of the characters and the entire storyline of ME2 was pointless (and not because of ME3)
-I can't take Extended Cut & Leviathan DLC seriously after playing the original endings
-I'm completely indifferent to Liara
-I didn't particularly like the character development of Garrus
-I miss the elevator loading screens and Mako
-The Lazarus Project is the second worst storytelling moment of the trilogy

Hey at least I don't hate her...it's just that I'd be fine if our relationship was restricted to a polite 'hello' as we cross paths on the Normandy...

Oh I know :P I have simply decided taking nothing on the BSN seriously is simply better for my overall mental health.

I think garrus/joker as a romance has potential.

That is definitely an unpopular opinion on the BSN!

People either love or hate Liara, and there isn't much in between.

I prefer the sequels to ME 1 though I still love ME 1 (you are allowed to like all 3 games btw)
I prefer the SR 2 (both versions) to the SR 1
I like the Asari (most of them)
I am fine with ME 3's story
I have nothing against Allers
I refuse to ever pick refuse
I like all the DLCs in the trilogy with maybe the exception of Pinnacle Station (and even then I don't hate Pinnacle Station just find it so so)
In the long run Harbinger is more badass than Sovereign
Synthesis doesn't bug me
I like priority Earth
I like both Kaidan and Jacob

Here's one I don't think I mentioned before: The reveals that Miranda had a fling with Jacob, or that she hooked up with some random guy on Omega for casual sex were neither out-of-character or character destroying.

They don't get much mention around these parts anymore, but back when ME2 and LotSB were still fresh on everyone's mind, a good portion of the Mirimancers raged at both.

I love the Firewalker DLC

I love the Arrival DLC

I love Javik

I hate Kaiden

The solutions that Starkid presents are not victories by any definition

I love the Mako (especially the badass tricks it can pull)

I like EDI's new body

I don't care about Shepard's trial

- I think Leviathan is better then LotSB by atmosphere and theme alone.
- I think Refuse is worse then all the endings combined.
- I liked the transgaming done by the Datapad and Infiltrator
- Despite how much I hate Diana Allers I kept her on my ship just to keep the War Assets.
- I refuse to consider Emily Wong's "death by Twitter" canon and still think she's alive.
- Even though I liked ME3's multiplayer, I still hope the next game doesn't have multiplayer.
- I'm indifferent about the Extended Cut but greatful Bioware did it.

Behind Shepard of course, Liara is by far my favorite character.
I miss the Mako
I love refusal, and let fan fiction take over.
I disliked Jacob because he saluted me all the time.
Besides a run through just to romance Garrus, I rarely took him on missions
The Krogan are bad ass.
I loved Miranda & James voice acting....yeah..I know
I couldn't stand Javik
I agree with Asharad Hett above, in that there was no way to actually win the game
I thought Kaidan's voice sounded whiny
At first I hated Jack, but she grew on me.
Kasumi was fun.
I played as a soldier once and felt it was boring.
My favorite class was Vanguard
I cried the first time I saw Mordin die.
Tali on the home world and Thane's death were fantastic.
I did not like the Overlord DLC.
I wish I had a little more Aria in me.
I was severely depressed when ME3 ended. I played all three endings. I couldn't game for 8 weeks.

Ashley Williams may be xenophobic, but she is NOT a racist.
My favorite class (post ME1) is Engineer.
Despite my personal attraction to Tali, the only times she went on missions was when the game said so.
I could take or leave Liara as a character (awesome squaddie though).
I cannot stand multiplayer and played it just enough to get my GR to 100% once.
I ENJOYED the ending.
I trusted Jacob more than anyone else on the Normandy except Garrus in ME2.

I like that ME3 limited the dialogue wheel, both in the number options (they all actually say different things now!) and in the number of times it appears (No more dialogue wheels for Garrus to tell me he's doing calibrations!).

Really? The character is a woman in her thirties ... I'm sure that she has had sex at least once or twice. Hopefully more times than that.

I only saw a few Mirimancers upset over the sterility revealed in LotSB.

To mention a few of my own:

I like both Kaidan and Ashley, and Jacob. And EDI. And James. In fact, there aren't any squadmates that I flat-out dislike (I have not yet played a game with Thane, Zaeed, or Morinth, but I suspect Morinth might be the only one I would potentially dislike).

I'm just fine with the endgame and the endings, including the Catalyst and Priority: Earth. I do have the benefit of experiencing it for the first time already having Leviathan and the Extended Cut.

I'm very happy with the amount of dialogue the squadmates get.

I think the Illusive Man remained a fantastic character all the way through.

I honestly hate that Shepard even has the option to be gay.
