I don't give a **** about femshep since I never used her.
And honestly is my opinion, the Hero in the movies or videogames can't be gay, he just can't.
And I really felt uncomfortable when Steve tried to flirt with me.
Siegfried Sassoon and Alexander the Great.
I personally think that you should fear a man who takes it up the ***, not because he is forced to but because he wants it ...
On topic:
It is not really an opinion, more something I have tried, which basically was that I took James Vega along and half way during the mission I tried shooting him in the leg , arms and even head and leave him there to rot.
After that my plan was to ask Diana Allers to please investigate the mission and leave my ship
Sadly I never got any real option or choice in ME3 so that never happened.

Well, if you don't play femShep ... she doesn't exist in your MEU.
Heroes in real life come in different shades, sizes and lifestyles ... art and entertainment mirrors that. If it is a showstopper for you then you can just avoid those shows/games/novels/etc. Problem solved.
As to Steve ... he never hits on you but Shepard and only after Shepard starts the flirtation, if I remember correctly.
I would hope that your views on gays would change but my grandfather once told me that "people do not change by hatred, harsh words or yelling ... only through love, personal experience and by God's grace." Up until my coming out, he felt as you do (although without the cursing ... he was not a swearing man) and he was always a man of great kindness and honor.
His change, came not from legislation or being cursed at and called names but simply by my existence and his love for me. Life is an amazing journey that will challenge all of us and our way of seeing others. Sometimes for the good and sometimes for the bad.
I honestly wish you well on your journey.
FALSE. Since I played as paragon I just tried to cheer Steve up but then, from the sudden, he says something like he's interested in Shepard and I was like: WTF WHERE IS THE OPTION TO PUNCH HIM IN THE FACE!?

i don't remember that. as long as you choose the 'renegade' option when you're drinking with him in purgatory (something about asari dancers) he doesn't flirt.

It's neither right or wrong.
You have to be pretty insecure to actually care this much about videogame characters being gay.

Can't you see how wildly hypocritical that is? You don't use femshep, and don't use the option for male Shepard to be gay. They're equally voluntary, and you don't use either, so where does the problem lie?
And honestly is my opinion, the Hero in the movies or videogames can't be gay, he just can't.

I know it's your opinion, but that doesn't stop me from thinking it's incredibly backwards and selfish. It's optional. The only people who should care are gay people.

Also, not a fan of Mordin's portrayal in ME3. I liked the fact that such a likeable character held an opinion usually reserved for the morally corrupt. He was the nicest, most reasonable voice for the Genophage in the series, and he was made into an opponent of it just because ME3 can't into moral ambiguity. Only the evil, hateful b!tch of a Dalatrass is allowed to oppose the Genophage, because the Genophage is oh so obviously wrong.

I preferred Morinth to Samara. The way I saw it, Morinth just never had anyone to care about her, and this congealed into anger and malice when her own mother started hunting her down. He being an Ardat-Yakshi really didn't help the situation either. I just thought that bringing her onto the ship, welcoming her into the SR2 family, would show her that people care about her... and then she ran off and became a banshee.
Woooho, Draco in Leather Pants ftw!
You do know that Morinth declared herself the godess of a village, forced the people there to sacrifice young Asari to serve her urges and threw all her worshippers at Samara in order to cover her escape?
Yeeeah, she's clearly just misunderstood. Not evil at all.

I'm not calling her a saint, not by any means, but she isn't all bad. Some people just need someone to care for them, and I thought the SR2 was the right environment for that.
Much better than the emotionless automaton that Samara is. If there wasn't a pressing Reaper war, she'd snap Shepard's neck without flinching.

Take a read. You sure it isn't this?
Just checked, and Morinth is even listed as an example of this trope:
Morinth in Mass Effect 2 (who as a bonus wears an actual leather outfit). She's a serial killer whose modus operandi is to gain her victims trust, seduce them, and then kill them with her genetic defect that makes sex with her lethal (asari sex involves connecting nervous systems, and her's shorts the partner's out). She's been doing it for centuries, killing thousands of people for her own pleasure. Yet there are those who take her lies at face value and believe her innocent act (ignoring that she admits to loving preying on and murdering people), as well as believing her excuse that her defect forces her to murder (ignoring her sisters who also have the defect and don't go around killing people). Interestingly, the dev team anticipated this and actually made Morinth a romancable option, with predictable results.
Samara's actions in ME2 are understandable. Morinth had chosen her path and needed to die. However, after her ME3 appearence I don't like Samara anymore either, but I can't see how one can defend Morinth.

Ah, yes, because we all know that TVTropes is a shining bastion of universal objectivity.Just checked, and Morinth is even listed as an example of this trope:
Morinth is evil, but simple evil isn't enough to demand the deaths of Jack or Zaeed, and urges to kill aren't enough to demand the death of Grunt. I believe she has the potential for redemption, at least as much as the others mentioned.

She's apparently stopped for over two hundred years before. And consider the mental state of the others I mentioned. Shepard can have a great deal of influence.Argolas wrote...
