That would definitely be interesting in the future, although a huge project if the entire world was included. I think we should focus on the expansion that's already upcoming for the time being .

No it is not fan made it is available as wallpaper from the dragon age home site. And I think between continuous upgrades and community content we will have plenty of areas that encompass the entire continent

And that map probably shows about as large part of the actual world there as Europe here.

If the sequel will deal with a huge blight like in the old stories, then we would probably be able to visit several regions / nations in Thedas. I am really hoping for the Qunari to fight the Blight with the Andrastrians.
