Not true, I still had tons of rares to get when the Volus characters were unlocked. The game thought it was cute to give me the Volus's all their cards instead of the rares I wanted to get maxed

The Mystery Character is the Collector under Adept, not sure on his powers from what i saw on the screenshot when they quickly went over all the characters when ending the Livestream. But the quickly shot over him and if you freeze the frame when they do your see its a Collector and from the picture on the Original Post in the Tropic you can see that there is a Collector there.

I dont know what I will use but I am hoping Geth Juggernaut, its time for me to show the Banshees and Phantoms a good time like they have shown me so many times. Worst ones are when you get sync killed and the game gives you a free revive but than you get sync killed again but this time for real
