After EXTENSIVE research, I am find out that MANY other customers have found that EA and Bioware have a almost NONEXISTENT customer service system in place. For $60 a game, they could at least answer the ****ING phone when people call. What the HELL is going on over there???

I still had a HORRID experience witht the customer service and I dont take this back at all.

Xbox - just press A near the door.. it says can't pick.. do it again.. Golem will open it.
Your hurl skill must be cooled down and ready to use and then when you click the door the golem will smash it. You don't manually use hurl.

So it was.....huh. Perhaps I am at least slightly more inept than I had noticed. Hmmmm, I retract my previous objections and kinda wish I could delete the thread. Um, "Jeffonl1" thank you. Cuz I was ****g pissed. My friend who turned me onto the series somehow could also not manage to figure it out. And being as how I had previously opened doors, it truly boggled my mind. Blah bla blah...thank you. For real.

I had repeatedly attempted that door, and so did 3 others. The "live chat" rep was less than helpful and when I called my experience was even WORSE. By then I was VERY upset. And it wasnt as simple as pressing "A"....I had to hit the A button like 6 times in a row. I still appreciate that a gamer stepped up and help more than people that get paid to help. I feel exceptionally foolish but also very grateful. Thanks again
