Hello,
is allowed in the projects section a mod that emulate (different name, different description, same stats, same graphics while avaliable) the items of Collector's Edition/Promo items?

Some already exist, as far as the toolset allows, where such items matching the exact same stats as that provided in official DLC (but perhaps using different models).

Similar, maybe.
When they have the same stats, are also the same item (for example Formari Tome) but is needed a script to get it.
For items like Memory Ring (that exist in the toolset but isn't usable at all) is also needed a script that allow the player to gain 1% more xp than usual because the presence of the original DLC is hardcoded into the original scripts.
And these are the only two that I found in the toolset.
However my question isn't about the presence of the items into the toolset.
