Not all of it is actually useful: I do not own a console, nor do I own dragon age II, or any of its DLC, yet I have multiple DLCs which are not even "registered" to my account appearing here when they do not need to (or shouldn't).
I have been afflicted (like many others) with the "Redeem or purchase an online pass" issue when attemtping to play ME3 multiplayer. Game worked perfectly yesterday, and it refused to work today, claiming I needed an online pass.
After struggling to find any help on EA's absolutely abominable help centre, I noticed two absolutely laughable things.
Firstly, the Origin (PC program) description for how to redeem an online pass shows how to redeem one.... on xbox. Yup, PC program, the "help section" of which shows you how to fix things in an xbox copy....
What the f...... are these doing in a PC program's help section? Surely this should be reserved for the xbox help section....

So Origin provides a detailed description on how to redeem your online pass if you're an xbox player, but provides no help whatsoever if you are a PC player. This makes no sense, as Origin is a PC program, not an xbox one....
And here's some rather hilarious conflicting information, straight from EA's "help" centre:
According to EA's help centre, there is no online pass for PC:

Which really doesn't explain why this article exists, detailing that a PC pass does exist, and giving some USELESS "instructions" on how to dowload one.... which is no help at all and does not fix the issue.

Online pass doesn't exist, but does exist, but doesn't exist, but does....
In conclusion: In the "My Registered Game Content" section of the BSN (y'know, the bit that's linked to your EA / Origin account, which has your registered product code tied to it, proving you purchased a unique copy of ME3, and thus DO have right to access the MP content?) there should be a button for validating one's online pass, or dowloading a new one.
It's not going to happen, and yes, this isn't the right place for this post, but I'm posting it here because BioWare actually give a sh*t, EA don't. Post it on answer HQ and be patronised and receive no help at all, or post it here and maybe, just maybe, something might come of it.
