Yup, got that issue myself. What's even more magical is that I had to switch the country selection to US to get live support.

Had this issue about a week ago (unable to authorize the listed dlc )

- at first EA support guy had me start downloading "Bring Down the Sky" which is a Mass effect 1 DLC ..
- but after some more deliberation he was able to fix my problem in around 20-25 minutes total (including the waiting time) ...

Also EA help did help me "purchase" a few the free MP DLCs back when the puchase Add-on page would not load for me because of some unknown reasons (Origin bugs) ...

So don't lose patience - they can usually help you ...

EA get rid of your pathetic DRM which does nothing but screw over legit customers and does nothing at all to the alleged 'pirates' Or fix it.
But if it could be fixed it wouldn't keep happening now would it?

Oh Mr SeVerS!!!  I AM HAVING THIS EXACT ISSUE.  (See here).  I STILL cannot get any help with this.  The goons at EA keep telling me it's a file issue on my end, and to clear my temp files.  Which I do, every time.  It is a SERVERSIDE issue, for pete's sake, it only started once the Online Pass issue was resolved.  But I still cannot play my SP game.  How ... please tell me.... how did you get yours resolved?!?!

They could just stop trying to milk used sales at the expense of people who paid $60 day one and didn't even get the Prothean DLC because we weren't "dedicated enough" fans of the franchise. Implying I'd ever buy SP DLC after being told that.

Not that they will, because obviously they're totally making tons of money from the program, nevermind the number of customers that get disillusioned with their practices and stop buying their games.
