Still, looking at that Punisher banner, you can see that the 'Zaeed' character lacks his tattoos on the exposed skin, the Warlord's tech armor variant, and (unless its head is just titled a bit to its left) has a different head shape from the basic troopers, but not like the Captain.

Little interesting details along the way and all that.

It's the Talon human outfit from Omega with a different helmet (the helmet from Citadel, to be exact).

Those are the connection cables, not the primes Command Transmitters (I have yet to decide on what I will call them :U)

All geth have these cables, but the primes are the ones with the Transmission Towers (I'll decide on a name eventually.)



I believe you may be mistaking one of the Juggernaut's fingers for one of these Back Sticks (I like this one.)

Again very easy. The Krogan War-Master is a rip-Off from the Mass Effect 2 Krogan Armors from the Chief Weyrloc Guld.

And the Female Turian was featured in Omega, just one modell but that is - again - possible to be redone.

The ME2 Krogan armor has a much lower  render then what is in ME3. It's not an easy copy past. Then theirs the hammer to model and the teck armour. If it's a fake then alot of work wasdone to fake it.

Look at the detal of the krogan...

The model has tech armor on it with a hammer. You saying some one would go that far?

People spend hours writing fan fic about there favorite characters or as we have seen even in this part of the forum proposed DLC write ups that take up tons of time, why wouldn't somebody go and make banners of what they would like to see?

You do know it's Maya and other 3d models that have to be made first to even start to make a pic with.
If this was pure 2d art it would be one thing. But this is a pic of 3d art.

Renders made in a 3d program become 2d art....they use similar techniques

All of the recent official character art has these blue and red "highlights," so it's an impressive attention to detail at the very least.  We'll know tomorrow anyway.

It was not just that person. the leak also started on redeit and facebook.

Bioware did this on purpose to send the community into an uproar.
The adept is going to be a Collector Thrall, otherwise they wouldn't be hiding it from us nor neither confirming nor denying it's existence.
The images of the Warlord or the Cabal aren't fakes nor can be faked in the banner pictures.
Also, this is their last DLC, so the calibrator banner exists. Bioware isn't a scumbag company.

Its useless arguing with these Helen Keller's, but that is the most damning point yet, Bravo!

Continuing on this train of thought, given that symbol on the shoulder pad, perhaps he is not the Talon Mercenary Engineer (How could a Zaeed Tribute possibly be an engineer, it's soldier or bust!).

Going on the assumption that these images are indeed legitimate, this could mean that there are at least Eight different characters, combining the information garnered from the other banners (three characters each on the ace banners, and the Salarian Banner having three Salarians, meaning some assets will be recycled for some characters.)

Personally, I'd guess it's shats and giggles - all the asari on the banner are characters in poses that are already available. If they were adding new asari, I think they'd want to showcase the new girls, rather than bring out the Retaliation lot. Only doubt - part of me wonders if the six characters in the Punisher banner, should it prove legitimate, might just be the launch characters, and maybe we'll get new characters unlocked over the weeks as with Retaliation, in which case they might be keeping new salarians and asari out of the banners just so as not to give the game away.

This is kind of tenuous, though - I'm basing it on the ideas that "and more" suggests more than six characters, that Chris Schanche was asked about his favourite class and could "narrow it down" to four which barely counts as narrowing it down if there's only six, and I seem to remember a developer saying something along the lines of "all these characters will be about on release day," which might mean there are other characters who won't be. I think quite a lot of that might be wishful thinking on my part, though. q: 

Short answer - I live in hope!
