During the Landsmeet...while you stay at Eamon's estate...

...Morrigan is the one in my room and Leliana is in the "library" area...but I romanced Leliana.

Why is this?

Because no matter you romanced, Morrigan's the one you get to sleep with before the final battle.

And in your case, she's going to ask you to do it for Leiliana's sake.

You can't sleep with Leliana at Eamon's estate anyways. No nookie for the Warden unless it's in camp.

Why is this?

The companions are in the same locations in Eamon's Denerim estate, no matter what your relationship with them. My f!Wardens almost always romance Alistair, but Sten and Morrigan are in her room. (And Leliana and Zevran will always be in the library. Rogues must like books.)

Well, I imagine Leliana went to the library because she has an interest in stories … and Zevran went to the library because that's where Leliana went.

Morrigan and Sten are in the same room, because they finally found the iron pry bar - and there are fire places for heating.
