I've Played throught the Trillogy 3 times.  Although I have played ME 1 and 2 about 6-7 times each.
I am working on doing a complete playthrough for each class.

I have done Vangard, Sentinel and Adept.  I am working on Enigeneer.

What is your favorite class for a playthrough?  
Which was your first?
Do you ever change class during a playthrough?

 Just Curious.

soldier my first, close between soldier and vanguard for my favorite.

i once changed a soldier in me1 to vanguard for me2 + 3, i head cannoned his "upgrades" gave him the vanguards abilities.

and maybe he got brain damage from hitting a planet and forgot how to use assault and sniper rifles

Adept (Nemesis... From ME1 and ME2) all the way!!!!!
It was actually my first class I had ever picked, and I never changed it on any playthroughs with that character. The thought of ripping someone apart molecule by molecule is too satisfying to pass up.

Infiltrator was my first. Also did Engineer, Vanguard, and Soldier. Can't pick a favorite. Never changed class between games.

First ever was Vanguard. It's also my favourite (I'm actually doing another play through of it now). I rarely switch classes between games, but I think I have done it before.

I played Infiltrator in ME1 and ME2, and found it incredibly boring. Especially in ME2. Then (after ME3 came out) I played them again as Vanguard, and the my experience was much better. So yeah, Vanguard all the way.

He (probably) means that without the Charge, Vanguard in ME1 was just a lame excuse for the class. And, well, he's not wrong, even though I did enjoy it.

I've done all classes except sentinel. Don't like playing as a sentinel.

Soldier is my favorite
I only changed classes once

well...it was there....and I still loved it

I liked Adept in 1 & 2. Haven't tried 3 yet.

Liked Sentinel in 1 & 2 but not 3.

Did not play Engineer in 1, liked it in 2 & 3.

Solider is my favorite.

I like that a simple Solider can go out into a universe full of powerful Biotics and everything else and kill them all. PUNY Biotics.

Plus it fits with the story better.
