I just played the game and see the RTO DLC available in the downloadable content option. I bought it, and redeem the points and started download it. However, the download get stucked so I restart my game. After I reenter the game, I see that in downloadable content it appears that I didn't buy the DLC and my points are gone as well. I just want to know what had happened. Can anyone help me with this?

It hasn't been released yet; see the sticky at the top of the forum? It shouldn't have been showing up in available DLC - but I've had that happen too. Odd.

I have just sent the customer support an email and ask them to refund my point/money. I am getting a bit angry with this DLC because of this long waiting and buggy point system.They really should have a system to check the DLC under your account so there's no need for you to buy it again if the download was not finished when you quit the game.

Perhaps you shouldn't have bought it right away? perhaps you should have read the announcement before you tried to get it. Though you've bought the addon that means you can download it once it's actually out.

You make the point here. However, I am not a forum guy and I don't really want to check forum everyday for a simple DLC. Maybe I just did wrong to trust their update on the downloadable content option and buy the DLC. Right, I am so sorry for myself to trust them...Also, If I have bought the addon, why isn't it appear in my downloading contents but it showup in the available content column? Even if the dlc is really available, does that mean I would have to buy it again? Anyway, I am still disappointed as I like this game so much and this DLC really hurts my feeling.

No one wants to check anything but it's better to be safe rather than...Sorry. You bought it so once it can actually be downloaded I'm sure you'll be able to download it .-. after all it's listed in teh PS3 Store or so forth that you have it purchased if not then once it is available you can tell them you purchased it and they may have records that they can check.

Don't be that hard on yourself; I think what you did, as a consumer, was the right thing. You saw an item for sale and purchased it - but received nothing in return. You're completely within your rights to be disgruntled with the service and demand a full refund.

Try EA Customer Support. Sorry to say, but no one here can either get you your money back or make sure you get the download when it is available without having to rebuy it.

I did never finished downloading it because it never started and getting stucked at 0% for around half an hour. I'll learn the lesson anyway. And you are right, I should be able to download it again because they have the record, I just feel they could make it easier for the costomers get access to the download content, no matter there's an issue or not. For example, they can at least add a function in my profile to show me the DLC that I bought before. That'll ease me a lot even if there's an issue. But now, I can't see anything(or maybe I just don't know how to check). I never say they won't let me download the stuff I bought, I am just feeling bad for this inconvenience. Anyway, I feel less pissed now as I am not so eager to play this DLC anymore.

EDIT I cannot guarantee it 100% but I believe that your points have already been associated with the DLC and you will not have to buy it again. As soon as it is available for download, you'll resume d/l'ing it when you start the game and log in to the server.
One question though. You're sure it showed RTO DLC on your downloadable content and not some other DLC? I envy you! =)

As you should. Good luck, I hope they sort it out promptly for you. As someone else said, a worst case scenario is that you've already purchased the DLC and when it does actually become available, it'll be there for you to download. That, however, isn't the point - the point is you purchased an item that was falsely advertised to you as available.
Give 'em hell.

RtO has been randomly appearing as 'available' for various people since the 5th. Others on these very forums comment on it almost daily....so everyone take a deep breath before making too many giant leaps of 'logic'

This sounds like user error to me. You failed to make sure that what you were buying was valid even though there are plenty of sources saying that it hasn't yet come out, and you shut off the program before it had time to finish downloading.

That's exactly what I am thinking because this RTO does not even have an icon. I should have take a deep thought onto this one before I buy it. Lesson taken anyway. and for the reason why I shut it off...I don't think I am the type of person that can keep the game on for the whole night just because this 350M dlc that stuck at 0%.
