 I've noticed people putting up pictures of characters that aren't in the game as their avatar, like perhaps, their own character, maybe? I want to know if you can do this or if you even can. Thanks.

Upload your characters to your Bioware account. Then pick their portrait as your avatar.



The uploading usually is really slow though.

Under your profile picture in the left hand sidebar go to Profile-> Change Profile Picture.

Edit:  I notice none of your characters have uploaded yet.  this can be a real pain sometimes.  Try to manually save a character (not quicksave) as that often seems to 'encourage' that character to get uploaded.

easy go to your profile,then hit the profile tab on the left, the one between what's new and my content,it will bring up another table click "change profile photo" and you should have the option of changing it to your character or just change it to another
