To all who thinks Collector as playable could be impossible. Geth is also enemy but some of them are reprogrammed to fight against reapers (not by Alliance by Geth among themselfs Legion´s sacrifice explains player Geths). Collectors are controlled by Leviathan. (not all of course) so it makes sense ( all who played Leviathan knows why). And message to all those who arent gonna revive players who are playing as Collector. Get over your Xenophobia you just cant abandon player who is playing with character you dont like.Be a man/woman but not whining idiot who no one likes

It's lame. But all Volus kits minus the Engineer are lame as well.  People can justify anything within the lore in some small way, but certain things don't really fit within the feel on the ME universe. 

I really don't care what classes people play, it's a game, so have fun with it.  I'll likely try this one out once and then never play it again, just like I did the non-engineer Volus classes.  Then I'll wonder why there are only 2 Salarian kits, even though they have a sizable, professional, military with established special forces.

Enthralled collectors make sense lore wise.
It would have been Prothean, I wouldn't say, but since we got the Leviathan DLC, they fit in.

This either means that the new single-player DLC fits friendly collectors in somehow, or the Leviathans "Assumed Control" over a collector.

I have played it, and I too know they are viable.  Yet you still see multiple threads crying over lore.

Also, this is hardly the most ridiculous thing the multiplayer mode has brought us.

If people are seriously going to kick me just because I happen to like this class while they're masturbating furiously over the geth Infiltrator (AKA the class that plays itself) and crutch weapons (Harrier comes to mind), then they're just doing me a favor, because I don't like playing with such people.
