I was hoping he'd make an appearance in Mass Effect 3 as well.
Since he was a Shadow Broker goon, he may now be working for Liara. If there had been more side missions the perfect oppurtunity to have him appear in a cameo, would be during a mission related to Liara's Shadow Broker network.
