I tried to buy DAO via EA store, but it looks like it's restricted to US (I'm from Israel)
I'm planning to buy the game from a local store
Does the DLC have regional restrict or can I buy it Internationally ?

Hmmm... thats a good question. I don't know that for sure, but I bought my game from the store and some of the DLC came in the box with it. Check the box before you buy it and if it does also come in box in Israel, I would say that it's international.

You can buy it internationally. Wouldn't be much point otherwise. If you buy the game from a local store, it will probably have a couple of codes that allow you to get some DLC for free.
