I crash possibly 40-60% on every load screen. I have re-installed the game, started a new character and whilst I was playing the Load screen Fleezed. Then I Ctrl Alt Del etc and restarted the game and instead of freezing, it crashed while tring to load the save point.
**Issues needing patching** aka GLITCH LIST to help Bioware patch.

I am running with a i7 860 processor, I have had to game just quit at leats 5 times now. Also, movement has issues as I find my character standing in midair and unable to proceed with gameplay as I am hung up in midair. That's all I have found so far.

Only bug I want fixed right now is the healing effects bug. Game gets real difficult on harder settings when you have to constantly spam pots or are forced to use 2 mages.

The game crashing after you defeat the Duncan ghost with the Sloth Demon in the tower killed my PS3 (80 GB Motorstorm Bundle). Wouldn't mind a patch for that.
Also ps3: Trophy glitch. If you for whatever reason earn an "achievement" with your EA account, but aren't logged on to the PSN, you will be forever unable to get that trophy.
Other known glitches I'd like to see fixed: if you take the quest in Orzammar where you deliver the 50 gold or whatever worth of lyrium after the Tower quest is already done, you will be unable to complete that quest and be screwed out of a ridiculous amount of money.
Or how about the voices frequently dropping out during dialogue... that would also be nice to fix.

Patching is over with. The 1.04 was the last "game play" patch. When the DLC routines didn't keep on working with the site, that part of the game code was repaired, but 1.05 was about the site vs. the game, only. No patches to game play code after 1.04 were ever planned.

#1. Microsoft C++ runtime error library R6025 pure virtual function call
WHEN: leaving Arl Eamon's Estate for the first time after the landsmeet (choose characters then BOOM; occasionally happens when using enchantment NPC (the dwarven son in camp)
#2. Broken graphics/images: can NOT see skill-related images. (Imagine how i put up with that through-out the game. Why? Because I loved the characters and storyline. Really love to see Warden and his gang in DA 3. New characters are fine but let us play Warden again and you BWs can earn heaps of money! Back to the point however, it'd be much better if this gets fixed asap!)
Also, we can ONLY see broken images (squares) in the start-up screen background. I can see the menu list (Resume, Downloaded Contents...e.t.c...) but the background image is totally screwed.
#3. Few lags during the game. Well, this is rather vague but do tell if there really is a known technical issue with the program which needs to be mentioned. We do NOT need Gamebooster and system tweaks (defrag, registry cleaning, reinstall, reboot, re-patch, driver updates...). Our computers are fine!
