I was planning, though this could change, to do a playthrough where the citadel missions are done last. I'm trying to get as much info on this as I can so I can set this playthrough up but I wanted to know if anyone knew if we can access this new hub without doing a single new mission.
Does anyone know if you can go to this new hub without doing any of the missions?
