We need some good "OP" kits, whining like this has nerfed the hell out of some great weapons and classes.
Never.

I'm a Wraith man myself, but anyway.
I see your point, but wouldn't they have to use the power first before being able to get themselves back up anyway (you can't really use your powers when you're dead)? There's still the probability that they may not have the reaction time to activate said power (though they could just use it in a panic). And what if they run out of medi-gel when that happens? I dunno. I'm just talking hypothetically, but there's always that possibility.
Well, tbh, I don't know what the timing requiremnts are to use it. I guess we will know tonight (CET)
Activate Repair Matrix, it lasts for 22 seconds. Constantly restores shields during that time, and that alone makes her fairly tanky with her natural high shields. If you go down during those 22 seconds, you are auto-revived. When you are revived, the Matrix is deactivated. At this point you can, if you choose, immediately activate another Matrix provided you have the supply/nades. Or you could cloak/run... whatever.
The Matrix has a timer, but it only requires that you activate it before going down in order to auto-revive That will be about as difficult as activating a Stim Pack before you can be downed. Which is to say... not at all. With capacity gear, it will not be the least bit difficult to ensure that you always have a handy supply.
She turns thermal clip packs into medi-gels. Admittedly that's pretty cool.
Ok, I retract some of my statements then. Because she does not in fact turn thermal packs into medigels, which would be broken in half. She turns them into some proactive buffs that instantly resses you when you die, at which point you will ofc be surrounded by the very same mobs that killed you in the first place (and with CD on the matrix so you cant just do it again). I can see this working, and roughly on par with the stim packs (or even slightly weaker, depending on the size of the buff).

I mean seriously. If you think it's too powerful then don't use it. No one is making you do that. And if you have one on your team it only means you have to revive stupid PuGs less. That way those that like the class can use it and everyone wins.

I'm just dissapointed that its an exact clone of EDI. At least have the X mask from the DLC outfit or something.
A MILLION TIMES THIS.
You guys couldn't even add a visor to the face or something? No offense, but it's so shameless.

But of course I like to play those evil OP infiltrators, and I do enjoy using my horribly unfair cloak to get in among mobs to revive people.. Though being so OP I do occasionally get smacked by a brute and go down, but I'm sure the brute hurts his hand a lot though.

Well, almost, but I think you missed the part where I mentioned that upon reviving you can instantly reactivate Matrix. Matrix has no cooldown. It has a duration once activated, and when that duration is up (either by naturally running its course or you dying) it can be used again without delay. Back to back, no cooldown. This includes after being auto-revived as is demonstrated at the 10-minute mark in the gameplay video.
Also, Rank 6a is an evo that grants 75% DR upon being revived.
EDIT: I think Matrix would have been better off as an activated power with a long cooldown. This way you get periods of invincibility rather than it being constant by just keeping a supply of 'nades handy. Beef it up while Matrix is activated then retreat when it's on CD, but it would still encourage prudence as you would be unable to reactivate immediately after death. Of course, we'll get a chance to try it for ourselves soon.... so who knows.

Nothing short of TC + PM + HM super bonus + wallhack without a gear + mobility enhancement

Tested extensively. The Reegar is suboptimal on all Infiltrators compared to other weapons (shotguns).
