Low EMS during a run to the beam will do it.

Even in her death, the camera gets right in her face, and they make you look all broken up about it.

We were robbed!

imo people should stfu about romances and let bioware make a good story

So you think we should instead encourage them to concentrate on something we know they can't deliver?

That sounds like a winning strategy, sure.

It's going to be good for Jack and Miranda lovers! Jacob and Thane lovers are getting boned...

Liara, Kaiden and Ashley should have less coverage than the others.

Garus and Tali lovers should see something descent.

I don't know if they are going to do anything involving Samantha Trainor, Steve Cortez, Diana Allers and Kelly Chambers...

Garrus & Tali who are already squadmates in 3 games with big romances in 2 need something decent? Wut?

Samantha & Steve are confirmed to return so there's good chance they will nave new romance content. Diana & Kelly unknown.

So because they got to be squadmates in ME3 instead of certain characters, they shouldn't get ANY additional romantic content in the Citadel DLC??? Give me a friggin' break.... <_<

(And as far as getting something "decent", BW owes Tali a proper face reveal and love scene while Garrus also deserves an actual love scene, with both needing to be on par with what Liara/Kaidan/Ashley received in the vanilla game)

Honestly, I'd like to see more of her Shadow Broker persona if she's getting more content. Her entire character arc in ME2 and biggest accomplishment in the series is swept under the rug in ME3. Her role as the Broker had massive potential and in-universe implications for ME3, but we got to see none of it.

Yes this, the only thing Liara accomplished in ME3 was being a creepy stalker. I would've liked if she would've spend more of her time doing her job then following my Shepard around like a lost sheep.

It will be just dialogues. I doubt Bioware would put another romance scene for her since she already got one.

Ugh, less Liara please. At least for characters who don't romance her.

Hmm. I rejected Liara in ME1 and have had to let down women in real life as well, with both parties acting pretty similarly afterwards. Still working to be close friends, the emotional deference, and tendency for tame platonic physical displays of affection are pretty much normal fare. While I could tell she still harbored feelings throughout the series, it didn't seem like too much from my end. Then again, having the displeasure of dealing with crazy women as well might leave me with a bit more tolerance, knowing that it could be 100x worse. I thought it was a pretty well implemented and subtle plot point.

yeah I got the impression whether or not you pursued her romantically, she was harbouring at least a little crush on shepard.

Fine. I'll go for that. I'm perfectly okay with that. I think with this DLC your love interest should be shoved in your face. This means Mirandamancers should have Miri shoved in their faces. Jackmancers, etc. I think it's only fair. This is the last hurrah.

And I should get to kick Jacob in the "quad" during one play through.

Thane should be there as well. Open or closed casket? That should be up to the LI. If you didn't romance him, open casket for viewing and a party in his honor.

Fair enough?

I really wish they would have fixed that awkward scene on the Citadel where she wishes we could spend more time together just being friends.

......We've been in a relationship for three years....

That was a joke.

Based on the fact that there's almost no distinction between 'friend' Liara and 'romanced' Liara, there are those who feel that she was far FAR too intimate with a Shepard who didn't romance her, and that her behavior could easily be misconstrued as stalkerish and obsessive.

Can't say I'm not particularly in disagreement, myself.

Seriously? You can't go more than two minutes in this trilogy without having Liara all up in your business. :D

As a female myself I find those women who can't let it go extremely embarrassing....it can be hard to stay away from someone you care deeply for, but for sh*ts sake have some dignity girl and don't faun and follow the object of your affection around like a 12 year with her first crush....<_<

So yes, Liara's behavior irritates me immensely and if this had been real life I would be very concerned about her mental health...three years and still fauning like a child....really?....

Liara's in your face obsession and the farce of an ending are why I have stopped playing ME3...In fact all I am waiting around for now is to hear if any of the mess has been rectified in this coming DLC...My Shep remains a bachelor and it's sounding like this DLC may just be a big romance jaunt...if so I will be packing my bags and leaving BSN, ME and BW behind me for good.

Maybe locking in Shep to the romance from Mars if (s)he made the comment about blue babies during LotSB? Liara had a fairly well fleshed out romance during the game, but it was kind of jarring when I had to rebuild the relationship from scratch all of a sudden. Talk about marriage and I'm "a good friend" 6 months later. What the f*ck?

I wan't less sex from Liara. I fell that the romances without the erotic scenes were better, especially Garrus, because they had to focus on the actual interaction instead of the sex scene.

I hope the new DLC gives Liara 3x as much content as every other character.

The tears and nerd rage on this forum would be so worth it.  Image IPB

I'm sure they won't make it Liara biased. It seems this DLC is an apology of sorts for lack of ME2 squad content so I'm thinking the likes of Miranda and Jack will be treated well! Hopefully everyones LI gets proper respect though. I mean, besides Jacob and Thane I guess. :(
