I want more costumes...costumes are the absolute best thing to get in games for me, because it ups replay value.  Each replay in a different outfit...

Was there going to be more appearance packs? I'm content with what I got. I do like to change my squadmates appearances as I advance through the game.

It doesn't feel right to have the only appearance pack be "Appearance Pack 1".

That would seem to imply at least an Appearance Pack 2.

Seriously, don't stick a '1' at the end of something if it's going to be singular. Wrongness! :-)

Wouldn't be surprised if this DLC adds some costumes, but don't quote me on that. Just speculation. I don't think it's far fetched, tho.

They might sneak in another one this week or the next... or they might not. The game already has a lot of armors, so maybe they felt it was a low priority.

Not all the companions got appearance packs, plus if it's anything liek the last one, I rather they not waste their time. If it was not for certain good artist on this site, I would never use the Ajex or the Terminus armor on Garrus.

They didn’t finish the Alternate Appearance Packs for Mass Effect 2 so why would they finish them for Mass Effect 3? I hope for the best but I expect the usual middle finger salute from BioWare.

If I remember correctly they made no formal anouncement of Pack 1.  It just showed.

The same thing may happen before theCitadel becomes available.

I was under the impression that there would be one more AAP myself. I guess not.

Then again, it's possible Citadel is just the final story DLC, but still unlikely.

Nope, they have made absolutely clear that March 5 is the end of DLC—single, multi, story, or otherwise.

If it doesn't drop by then, it never will.

It may be included in the DLC like a pack was in From Ashes.

I also imagine a new MP weapon and some mods will be in the DLC to find as well.

And devSin is right. Jessica Merizan said it was the last DLC, period.

I was really hoping for a decent SP Patch but I guess after a year that is just beyond silly to think of...

Meh. Never really cared about these packs anyway. I skipped ME2's first appearance pack altogether.

I'd see this happening if they somehow ended up with outfits but didn't have a new armor for Shepard as well (after the first one, I doubt they would release a pack that didn't also include new player armor).

I guess there still might be hope for Kaidan, Ashley, Tali, and James, though they seem determined to make us wait until the 5th to find out.

You and me both, though BioWare has historically been pretty crap when it comes to patches, so it's not all that surprising.

They were cheap enough that I picked them up (until ME3, I've had all BioWare DLC ever, except for Genesis), though I usually don't like to use DLC weapons and armor/appearances that you just get for "free" (with the ME2 appearances, I only used them for the suicide mission, and that really only because they were there and I thought I should use them at least once, and I guess also because it put some clothes on Jack).

I think they actually stealth fixed a few bugs in some of the later DLCs.

This time, I think it was more Dusty sneaking in fixes on the ship than a lot of patch maintenance. They fixed some single-player bugs, but they kept adding new ones (and still ignored most of the other content issues), none of which will be fixed now.

They release their costume packs shortly after the game is released and continue to release them on a regular schedule. Not a pack shortly after release, then a year later, a forum contest like event to select the next ones (which resulted in nothing) for ME2 and then for ME3 9 months later we get one followed by nothing in both ceases. Not even an explanation.

To me this just unprofessional.

Maybe the packs didn't sell well.

Maybe alt/ appearences will be in this final the DLC itself.

And people wonder why they don't get straight answers to straight questions from me more often. It is exactly this sort of post that keeps developers off the BSN and away from answering your questions openly and honestly.

Tweedle, I'm sorry you feel this way, but you are not "owed" anything. Alternate appearances are nice, but not essential to completing the game. They are also not promised to you at any point. Instead of making more appearance packs, the team focussed on making story based single player content and free multiplayer content. Again, I am sorry you feel let down, but at the end of the day, we chose to put our resources elsewhere to make content that we believe more people would want.
