What about all the Multiplayer weapons? Will we get a pack for all the weapons they added to multiplayer, but not singleplayer?? I really want those weaps to be in Single player... They had 2 packs with weaps from multi, but they didnt add all of them... Why give us SOME multi weapons if you arent going to give them all?  I want the Collector weapons, and the new ones from Reckoning.

I dont know about you guys, but this is kindof stupid, in my opinion.

Are they added with Citadel?

THIS

I cant imagine it would take much effort to get the weapons into singleplayer. And as someone who has not logged a single game online, it would actually encourage me to buy the non-SP DLC stuff - to use in campaign.

Also it's confusing as hell to figure out which weapons will appear in SP and MP and which are MP only

I feel like you guys might be a little bit happy next week, though not completely =P

Since the release of the latest multiplayer content, SP is only missing five weapons:

Collector SMG (Retaliation DLC)
Collector Assault Rifle (Retaliation DLC)
Collector Sniper Rifle (Retaliation DLC)
M-7 Lancer (Reckoning DLC)
M-11 Suppressor (Reckoning DLC)

There is however one weapon missing from both SP & MP (M-597 Ladon), it is exclusive on the Wii U.

I hope those are available for SP with the Citadel DLC.

Are you joking? People like that are only happy if they're complaining about something, if the stuff they want is included in Citadel, they'll complain that they can't buy it seperatley and if it's not, they'll complain thy're being given the finger. :pinched:

If this is the last of the DLC, so will this DLC have everything.

- Will it have new missions
- Will it fix the story
- Will it fix the ending
- Will it fix the game
- Does it include the rest of the appearance packs

There just seems to that there is STILL a lot that needs to be done before they can be thinking of ending the DLC for Mass Effect 3

Spot on hit the nail on the head.

Yes it to always be commended Bioware reps reply to issues.

But your opening line of your retort to a certain user Chris, raises great alarm bells more broadly for all us game fans and esp fans of me3.

When you said "It is people such as "_____" that we do not care to address the issues"

Or very similar to what you said it nevertheless what you implied.

Whatever happened Chris to the "customer is always right?' Do fans truly come first since after the releaser of me3?  I dare to have faith that you ONCE did but with your attitude in response as grateful as i am for all the cool stuff and heck i more forgiving then most a tiny bit TINY BIT more to invest time in replaying me3 inc the ending (though Chris you should seriously note that the MEHEM mod is tenfold more the rage than any single bioware mass effect announcement- ) That mod is an example of satisfying a clear overwhelming majority of fans. A devoted fan in mr.fob effectively showed up and exposed the flaws that seem to paralyze game companies. And the drama with the ending is the clearest example yet  Chris, that it honesrly could have been avoided...an example that other pull the strings and give rise to suspicion bioware is not in full control of their product. If any of my assertions are wrong pls clear up the record.

It extraordinary how something so critical to conclude the trilogy was so fundamentally wrong. On a smaller issue..butt still related..the refusal to do another appearane pack when most here clearly demand it - even for those like me that praise the work you have done and like me who are grateful..we are unappreiative or more so feel like as purchases customers our input is underappreciated.

How can we be sure that me4 will resemble what fans want? forget the hype what about the result? or will it be skewed to appease the task masters in ea?

Chris with me4 pple reaosnably expect total completionist attitude as in 'wait we prob should see through things like appearance packs, and try to include a little bit more. But pple are inclined to wonder- obviosuly minus the hate msgs and abuse you all certainly do not deserve that: 'do they listen? do developers keep and open mind?

You cannot tell us Chris you have for so much left unresolved in splayer. it not the fact that not a second appearance pack which i would have loved it the fact that things are not done to ones satisfaction. for the vast majority of loyal fans to you you understand?

So this must be the legendary BSN I have heard about in campfire tales from my small village tribe in the Mountainside forests of Madeupastan....

If they aren't going to make more Appearance Packs, then they should at least include the missing weapons. Would be bad to end the trilogy without full arsenal. Add six missing weapons plus one more armor for Shep perhaps (if other characters aren't getting anything)?

Geth Spitfire AR is a different version of the same weapon, so adding it to SP makes sense. Heavy weapon had different stats, I believe.

That being said, if they had any plans on making the collectors edition's digital in game content (the N7 Collector's Edition Pack) available to everyone for a price (the CE alt outfits, N7 weapons, etc) I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Considering that's content not everyone has and they probably wouldn't have to spend time building from the ground up.

That weapon I doubt will be anything but a Wii-U weapon for it requires the Wii-U controller to work.

They answered that question with Mass Effect 2 and said they had no plans to release those items to anyone that didn't buy the Collector Edition of the game, so my guess it will be the same with Mass Effect 3 and the N7 Edition.

Yeah tbh it really sounds like Priestly's impassioned defence suggests it just a reason not to do a simple thing. Sure it no big deal but the broader implication really is do game companies even care bout what fans want? and especially the small requests. Bioware are good at the complex stuff i not doubt this dlc will be great but something as simple as a logical ending...or extra appearance packs? that would not take long to develop and not cost much? cmon bioware you cannot tell me that just 'too hard' i mean everyone is that really a profressional attitude esp to their customers?

I bought every piece of content for ME2 - including those packs.

But I just didn't like the squad enough in ME3 to justify buying that first one. I have a feeling other fans felt the same way.

It's not a question of it being "too hard", it's a question of prioritizing content for the time they had to complete it. Coming in here and making accusations of not caring about (obeying the every command of) their customers and the company being unprofessional because you're not getting your way is a bit ridiculous.

And people wonder why they don't get straight answers to straight questions from me more often. It is exactly this sort of post that keeps developers off the BSN and away from answering your questions openly and honestly.

Tweedle, I'm sorry you feel this way, but you are not "owed" anything. Alternate appearances are nice, but not essential to completing the game. They are also not promised to you at any point. Instead of making more appearance packs, the team focussed on making story based single player content and free multiplayer content. Again, I am sorry you feel let down, but at the end of the day, we chose to put our resources elsewhere to make content that we believe more people would want.

We aren't ''owed'' a functional game either if one looks at all the game breaking issues this game still has after a year of release (well close enough anyway.)

Still everything mapped to 1 button.
Still does the game have online pass and dlc authorization issues which you caused but won't fix
Still no fix for any of the powers for the kits  in the MP or the SP despite them making the game practically unplayable with that kit (hey, just pick another kit, right?)

Hell, you even closed down the tech support of this forum so you could move those ''negative people talking bad about our game'' to a place where neither Bioware nor EA posts or even tries to help people, smart move.

I actually appreciate your recent efforts to give straight answers to stuff - I wanted another alternate appearance pack, and I'm disappointed, but at least the question of it being resolved has been answered.

So BioWare, you cant be bothered to finish the Alternate Appearance Packs AGAIN?

For Mass Effect 2, we got screwed with not getting alternate costumes for Jacob, Legion, Mordin, Morinth, Samara, Kasumi and Zaeed.

Now for Mass Effect 3 we get screwed with not getting alternate costumes for Ashley, Kaidan, James, Tali and Javik.

Its like some sort of bad joke. BioWare starts something and sweeps it under the rug and hopes their customers don’t remember. Why is it so damn hard for them to finish these things? Its not that difficult to come up with a single alternate costume for these characters is it? Or was it just a marketing scam to release a Alternate Appearance Pack and cash in on some game hype to make some easy money?

You don’t see other game companies that have costume packs do such a half baked job. They release their costume packs shortly after the game is released and continue to release them on a regular schedule. Not a pack shortly after release, then a year later, a forum contest like event to select the next ones (which resulted in nothing) for ME2 and then for ME3 9 months later we get one followed by nothing in both ceases. Not even an explanation.

To me this just unprofessional.

Thanks for screwing us over again. .

It's just a costume not a big deal

Alternate appearances are nice, and I'd probably end up buying it if they did release another one...

...but deep down I'd feel it was really a waste of money, so I'm kinda glad I was saved from that by virtue of them NOT releasing another. Thanks, Bioware.

As for weapons packs - well, I get that some people are really into trying out all the different guns, but for me, as far as ME3 goes, a gun is a gun is a gun. I've tried most of them out, but the majority of my single player games I've spent just using the same guns from the Collector's Edition 95% of the time. I didn't buy the last weapons dlc, and I wouldn't buy another. I suppose it would have been nice for anybody who wanted it though.

Really looking forward to a character-focussed DLC though, as that is the reason I play these games.

Don't think I've bought any for ME2 either, wanted to save money, although I was tempted. Might buy them sometime in the future.
As for ME3, it is a bit awkward to have an Appearance Pack 1 but no further ones, lol. But I'm also happy the team decided to invest more time in a SP (story) DLC instead of doing another Appearance Pack.

Thanks for setting things straight :)

Hmm.

Thought there might be allternate appearances in the Citadel DLC given Vega's casual clothes, but the way Chris put it, it sounds like they didn't develop that ever.

Probably should not get expectations up that they'd be in Citadel or all characters would get new casual outfits.
