And people wonder why they don't get straight answers to straight questions from me more often. It is exactly this sort of post that keeps developers off the BSN and away from answering your questions openly and honestly.
Tweedle, I'm sorry you feel this way, but you are not "owed" anything. Alternate appearances are nice, but not essential to completing the game. They are also not promised to you at any point. Instead of making more appearance packs, the team focussed on making story based single player content and free multiplayer content. Again, I am sorry you feel let down, but at the end of the day, we chose to put our resources elsewhere to make content that we believe more people would want.

I understand where your coming from Chris... I'm pretty sure that most of the Developers avoid the BSN because practically every other comment is about how "bad" the ending was... it has completely overshadowed Mass Effect 3 itself. We weren't "owed" a new or better ending either, but Bioware pulled their resources and bought back some VO Actors to make a more well rounded conclusion to the story. I liked what Bioware did, and was satisfied with the emotional impact.
There is only one thing that truly bothers me about Mass Effect 3... and its the bugs and glitches. I'm not going to pretend what goes on behind the scenes at Bioware, because I have no idea... I don't make video games so i'm not going to insult you or the developers about what you should or shouldn't do... but I do have a legitimate question to something that I would like to have answered openly and honestly. Is there going to be any future patches to fix some of the "bigger" issues with the game? I'm talking about issues like the Ashley Williams Marksman Ability spamming bug which was introduced in patch 1.03. Because I consider having one of my squad mates unable to use one of their ability's a problem. Or how about Aria T'loak's glitched speech in the Omega DLC, where she's warping and sliding around the stage... I know these things happen when introducing new content and patches to games, not everything can be accounted for. Even the newest patch 1.05 has apparently added audio and lip syncing problems to the romance scene before Cronos station, some characters are now talking "telepathically" to each other lol. No game is prefect... I know that better then most, but these bugs and glitches happen to pretty much everyone that plays the game. It just "seems" to myself and others, that Bioware and EA aren't properly testing their new content and patches before they're released, and maybe don't even realize these problems even exist...
I believe that Mass Effect 3 deserves more polish then what it has received... I'm not demanding new costumes, DLC, or texture mods, or even a better ending where everyone lives happily ever after... However I would like to know if Bioware knows about some of these issues, and if there are plans to fix them.
