 I have a new Laptop now. This one has Windows 8, and my previous had Windows 7.

I was able to installed the Character Creator easily on my old laptop. No matter what I try to do, I can't install the it on my new laptop. When I click "Ok" on the box that says "do you want the following program to make changes to your computer," nothing else happens after that. I can't even install FRAPS, and other Apps.
