What new lore would you like to learn about?

We know Orzammar is in the Frostbacks and Kal-Sharok rests far beneath the Hunterhorn Mountains -- with no access to the surface, per Gaider -- and the latter has done some questionable things to survive the Darkspawn.
I'd also like to know just what those "questionable things" are. My mind goes to two things: inbreeding and cannibalism. But meh, we don't know.

The lost Thaig , what happened.Did the dwarves living there were somehow special or is it a whole chapter of dwarven history that is unknown...
Red lyrium ...
Arlathan and the ancient history of elven, were they really immortal, etc....The Dalish tends to portay the ancient elves in such a perfect light ,I have my doubts .
The ancient Tevinter ...they're portayed as 100% evil , what really happened with the Golden city, etc...like with the elven , I think many things have been lost and retold.
The qunari , where do they come from , why do they loathe magic so much?
I could go on and on and on...dragons, gods, the fade ,...

What "The Stone lives beneath Orlais." means. It's referenced in DA2 and Leliana's Song, so it has to be important, right?

I want to learn about the rulers of all the lands of thedas; The Ruling Monarchs of Nevarra, The Anderfels, Rivain, Antiva, The Imperial Archon, The Black Divine, The First Warden etc.

What the "Conversion" the nexus golem mentioned is.
Probably has to do with The Shaper's Life codex.

I always took that to mean Kal-Sharok, which rests underneath the Hunterhorn Mountains. The mountains themselves are on the Nevarra-Orlais border.

I'll second Kal-Sharok, too. I'm one of those people that actually loves the entire part with Orzammar and the Deep Roads, so I wouldn't mind heading there eventually to find out what's going on with the other "lost" dwarven city.

Finding out what exactly was up with the Primeval Thaig and the ancient dwarves would be nice.
Examining evidence from DAO and DAII suggests that the PT has something to do with the Darkspawn's emergence in Thedas and that Corypheus/his buddies merely became the first Awakened Darkspawn.
But yes, more on the Primeval Thaig itself would be welcome.

Im surprised no one mentioned the Seekers given that we know little of them
That's kinda the point though. No one but the Seekers and the Divine know much about them.

other stuff I'm interested in, but I wont go into detail about why I'm interested in it:
Black City/Golden City, the other witches of the wilds, what the Kossith really are and a bit more exploration into the intelligent Darkspawn.

I would also love to hear more about the Dread Wolf in general. Ambiguous codex entries like the Emergent Compendium's "An eclipse as Fen'Harel stirred" are intriguing to me...

Simple as that. What new lore would you like to learn about? Personally, I'd like to learn more about some Dwarven lore. For instance, where do the other Great Thaigs rest? Thaigs like Hormak, Gundaar, Darmallon, etc.

I would like to know this too. Dwarven lore.
also:
What was the primeval thaig?
What is the black city/golden city?
Was Andraste a chosen of the Maker or just someone with lots of charisma? And was she a mage?
Plus other stuff like old gods, Flemeth, Morrigan etc.

I always found the connection between the Dalish Origin Dungeon and the Deep Roads interesting.

What I don't want, however, is a total removal of the ambiguity surrounding DA2's religion. I'd be okay with an answer about magisters breaking into the Golden/Black City, because you can say their ambition tainted this place but that doesn't necessarily make the home of the Maker or whatever; it could just be a magical hub in the Fade. I would prefer they did NOT tell me, for instance, that Flemeth is Andraste is Dumat's soul reincarnated over and over or whatever, not because I dislike the theory but because I find this particular bit of ambiguity fun and delicious. Was she a Mage? Was she a regular, charismatic woman? Was she bloody delusional? We don't know, and I'd rather we never learn.

Also, what the Du Lac sign is doing in Prosper's dungeons. Given...recent events in Orlais and "the Game", I'm hoping this will at least be referenced in Inquisition.
