 Can someone who already unlocked it tell how those two weapons compare?

What I know:

1. Spitfire slows you down (except when you are Juggernaut because nothing slows him down)
2. Spitfire also has a ramp up mechanics
3. Doesn't have the 0.25 m piercing the Typhoon does

My questions:

1) What is the difference between potential damage?
2) What is the difference between clip/spare ammo sizes
3) Does it have some modifiers against protections?
4) Does the ramp up cause additional damage like with the typhoon? (x2? x1.5?)
