 I had saved up 860k in the last week.  I think I bought 3 reserves packs, 2 arsenal packs, 2 premium specter packs and a normal specter pack.  I unlocked the Turian Cabal from the gift pack (Thanks Bioware), Awakened Collector (Such a cool character), Krogan Warlord, Adas Anti-Synthetic Rifle 1, and a Paladin upgrade.   I think that was all.  All of these unlocks were from the 2 premium specter packs and the normal specter pack.  I unlocked nothing useful from the Aresenal or reserves packs.
