Depends what you're looking for the most. Characters -> get 10 Reserve Packs ; Weapons -> get 10 Arsenal Packs ; anything goes -> get 10 PSPs.
The less rares you have maxed, the less chances you'll get Reckoning stuff.

That, in essance, is really my problem.

Hey man, it could be worse! Not two days before the announcement of Reckoning and Citadel, my power unit on my box literally split open... ordered a replacement already, but still. Hope you enjoy the DLC as much as I'm looking forward to it!
