I do not see what Harbinger would add to a Citadel-based plot. Although it would be funny to tell him about his revealed origin after Leviathan and get "We have no beginning. We are eternal." as an answer. Sadly, this won't happen. I don't think the writers want to reveal what the Reapers know about themselves.

A conversation with Harbinger, similar to the conversation we had with Sovereign in ME1 would be.... E P I C! But this won't happen, we have the god child crap and artistic integrity. So just forget about ME1 and ME2 lore... or forget about ME3 lore (especially the ending... and the kid).

I would be mightily pleased. Harbinger is the villain that ME3 deserves, and the one it desperately needs right now.

Also just a side note: if you start a new game in ME3 without importing from ME1 and/or ME2 there's no mentioning of Harbinger. They only mention his name (when Sovereign class Reapers breaks off the fight with sword, alongside Harbinger) if you imported your gameplay. If not there's no mention of his name.

So I highly doubted they've added Harbinger. BW want to please CoD fanboys not old time BW fans...

What's the point of adding Harbinger...

We all know he can't die due to him appearing in the beam run, and we know that the DLC occurs between the coup, and P:Earth. If they do add him, he'll probably have a passive role.

If they add him and we fight him, he'll just plot armour away in preparation for P:Earth.

...

Unless they retcon the ending...

Meeting Harbinger/being able to talk to him once more (like in Arrival, which I loooooved) would be the best thing ever.
