I don't really care too much about Harbinger, but I'd probably be displeased with how they got him there. Harbinger doesn't exactly seem like someone with the cunning to mastermind an intricate assassination, particularly one that takes place in the heart of allied territory.

He was smart enough to set a trap for Shepard in the Collector base.  Also, let's not forget that he's a Reaper.  While their logic is flawed and insane, they still are highly intelligent beings.  Even Shepard himself says that they are smarter than humans.

The time for an appearance from him is really at the end of the game. (Not going to cry over sour grapes though or trying to grind that ax.)

Still, I definitely wouldn't mind seeing him in some form of cameo.

Would be great to have Harbinger dialogue in the DLC.

I think one of the missed opportunities in ME3 was not only Harbingers absence, but the chance to meet more Reapers during the game. There should have been more high ranking officials/brass that fell to indoctrination under a specific Reaper, just like Saren who fell under Sovereign's influence.

They wont respond to that since its considered a spoiler.  Merizan herself had said that they can neither confirm nor deny story details.

Actually, like I said before, I'm not all that hyped about Harbinger at all. But, that said, it would be cool if it or any other Reaper were involved with a slightly more intricate plot, just to show that their mental capacity does extend beyond shooting stuff at things. So to have a Reaper masterminding an actual scheme would be nice, whether or not it's Harbinger.

You're reaction if Harbinger appears in the Citadel DLC?

That depends on the how. With arrival, he just happened to appear as a hologram spouting out the folly of humanity and the coming of the inevitable and such. Meeting face to face with Harbinger would likely result in a Super Crazy boss battle, and I'm not sure if that's what the entire team would be going for.

Anyhow, I'd put the likeliness of seeing it at moderately low. I'll probably be picking up the DLC since it's been near a year since I bought anything Mass Effect-Related, and the Citadel Content looks like the best we're going to see from the DLC Team for ME3.

I'd do a Keanu Reeves "woah"!
