As with reload cancelling, this is going to be much easier on the pc, as opposed to the console. :(

Nope, I understood what you meant perfectly.

Only way I can see someone getting confused is if they haven't heard of Batarian gauntlets yet.

I'm pretty sure this was mentioned already in the live stream.

It was, but specifically regarding the Krogan Warlord.  Apparently the same holds for all kits, which wasn't mentioned in the stream.

What does the gauntlet do statistically? Damage bonus and 80% damage reduction?

is this thing just totally beast on any vanguard?

The omnibutton and melee button are right next to each other on a controller, so even if it's objectively easier to do on a PC (which I'm not seeing), it's not by a perceivable margin.

Understood perfectly and english is not my first language.
But the concept was already in my mind since I saw the devs do it with the Krogan Battlemaster and his hammer

In order to press the melee button, one must remove their finger from sprint button, hence why it's going to be annoying because the window to pull it off will probably be incredibly small if there is one.

This is intentional. We wanted to give players the ability to still access their normal heavy melee through advanced gameplay.

Thank you for your response. But I noticed that this does not work on the Drell. Although this is not much of an issue as their melee attacks are similar.

Unless you're using the opposable digit that seperates us from the primates, yes. :wizard:

Drell cannot heavy melee by tapping the melee key while running. It's always been like that

I don't think it works on the Novaguard either. (although this is going only off of the fact that they couldn't sprintmelee pre-Reckoning)

Krogan warlord works the same way. If you do this he will charge without hammer. Gotta love scuf controllers.

Has anyone tried it on a GI yet?
If so, does it still deplete shields?
