To be honest I think its one of three things A) they've decided to delay it, like someone said Microsoft probably bribed someone at EA to hold all other realeases to let xbox players have it first, something is wrong with the PC release or C) someoen just plain hasn't loaded it onto the servers for PC and have decided not to tell anyone.

They could did it like Skyrim with their dlc... But if to be honest, it's makes ppl really angry.

Kind of reminds me of the mess they made with Lair of the Shadowbroker for ME2 where they uploaded a 1.5GB File consisting of nothing but zeroes... in essence they upped a 1.5GB Textfile masking as an .EXE

To be honest? if Microsoft paid them enough I don't think EA would care.  EA really doesn't do this for us you know.  They are a company out to make as much money for their stock holders as possible.  If making a few hundred thousand more at the expense of customers who they know will continue to buy their games anyways is an option I really do not think they would turn that offer down.
