It got hacked once (to my knowledge). I've had no issues with PSN other than that. You're full of crap and are trying to start a console-war.

FYI, ME3 is free (for a limited time) for peeps that have PSN+ subscriptions.

The only benefit you have is reduced wait time. Everything else the PSN does better. Hell, we can subscribe and get oodles of feee games if we want. 

Sounds like the xbox live is better if you're impatient.
