I'm guessing 5pm PST. The PS store has been updating later than usual lately. Also, that is when the store updated with Skyrim: Dragonbor iirc.

Every other country has a set time. SCEA, or whoever updates the store can eat dicks for breakfast, lunch and dinner
We're obviously not that important

If it updates at 8pm EST when my gaming time for the day ends, I will flip a table. If I gotta wait through all work day tomorrow, too... *gnaws on cubicle wall*
