My Male Cousland decided not to do the ritual because he wanted Loghain to die in battle, thus leaving him as the only male in Anora's life (yeah, he was not a great guy). So she left. But... they had had a relationship in the past so...

I got the ending where it said Morrigan was indeed with child, and it was rumoured to be Vortigern's, but her ritual was never completed. So she's just a single mother wandering the world now, with no companionship or help? That must really suck.

Come on though, I hear you say, It's Morrigan, she's bound to get something out of it... and she never made any promises that she wouldn't bring back the non-magical child. Bastard vying for the throne in the future? Anora would be very impressed I'm sure :P

Is she really gone though?? Interesting thing I have seen that does make me wonder is at the end when everyone is telling you what a great job you have done, once you get to where Sten and Dog are at you will see a little dog that looks just like what Morrigan turns into after you turn her offer down. Could it be that she did stay and at least watched the celebration?

I was thinking it was one of Levi's dogs from Soldiers Peak but you're right... I have only turned her down once so I totally forgot that she shapeshifts into a dog.

Huh. I didn't notice that. It's definitely a possibility. Were you able to interact with the dog?

I am really hesitant to think that Morrigan would make a return, unless it were for something dire. She is a straight forward character, never to lie, though not always telling the truth. Something she did say though was that you would never see her again. I take her word on that, and don't have any imaginings of her returning, or finding her, no matter how much I am in love with her.
