Those underwater sections are really sumthin'. Still only on Sequence 6, been going through all the naval contracts in an attempt to get dem smexy golden flintlocks. Jackdaw is officially strong enough to take on at least two Man O' Wars, with almost the full amount of broadsides, three points in round shot damage, two in heavy shot, elite swivels, one away from max hull armour, etc etc. Figure I'm ready for a Legendary Ship now? :S

Gotta say, Edward also has pretty nice nice tatts tbh. I'm jealous.

Gotta give 'em credit for a good water level which from myself, is saying a lot. In my youth I had a traumatic experience with this water level in the horribad NES Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game. So many tears.


I can only imagine what we will get in the fully next gen AC.

Those eels scare the crap outta me though. They're tricky to avoid. :S

I get a little frustrated with the underwater levels and I felt awful when Edward ran out of air once when I got stuck trying to get a chest. I don't know how to fend off those eels, they are a pain!

 Completed all the Naval contracts, pretty much completely upgraded the Jackdaw and Edward with all those Man O' Wars I boarded. I'm moving up in da world. I wub it. Holding off on starting the Assassination contracts till...well, he actually is one. 

Edward also looks awesome with dem gold flintlocks now.

This one was my favorite of the underwater dives.  If I rememer correctly it was the one without sharks, and you see that whale when you come out at the end.  Great dive.  Kind of reminds me of the old ecco the dolphin games I used to play.

I put that on as soon as I got it tbh. Edward fits in a lot better with his homies at Nassau with it, tbh.

Just played the Aveline DLC. Is it just me, or does she seem to run a lot faster than Edward?

 On Sequence 11 now, and I have to say, Edward is probably the most well developed protagonist they've done so far. I've been rooting for the dude in a way I haven't in the series until now.

Story's also getting a little feely at this point. This one's more lighthearted than the rest of the games, but it does a better job at feely feels than the rest of the series.

It hit my boat twice, one more and I would've been ruined, but I managed to fend it off the time it would've done me in and I managed to finish it off.

I don't much care for that outfit. Same as I don't care for the Shark Hunter one. I have the capability to make that one too, I just haven't.

I managed to take down the two bottom legendary ships. Pretty much maxxed out my jackdaw.

It sucks that we can't board the legendary ships.

I still haven't taken out any of the Legendaries. Which ones would you say are the easiest, to start with? My Jackdaw has full hull armour, broadsides (number of them and power of them) and swivels, along with nearly max upgraded mortars, so I think I might be ready now. I tried those two Legendary Man O' Wars, and...well, didn't end well for me. :S

I'm just going through the Assassination Contracts now that I've reached the point in the main story where it feels fitting.
