If they don't fix the infinite mana issue, I'll be passing on it. Well passing on buying it anyways.
What issue are you talking about? Is it an actualy issue or exploit? If it is an exploit that shouldn't stop you form enjoying the game, you have to choose to use an exploit.
My guess is he means the ability to have effectively infinite mana by using different lyrium potions with different, and all short, cooldowns. And you have access to infinite lyrium dust at a vendor and so on. Just a guess, though.

Mage Headgear/ Robes that don't look silly on men, maybe a standard issue wizard cap kinda like the one Gandolf wore in the LOTR.
The fact that you misspelled 'Gandalf' makes me want to revoke your Fantasy Lover liscense.

Really? The plot thing I mean. Good & evil...evil gather numbers must be stopped. So you had problem with...every RPG in history? lol
you just seem annoyingly impossible to please. lol. I can understand the mage head gear but Denerim? I mean no city or area looks the same.
What kind of fake gamer doesn't like a long, in depth dungeon to get tons of loot & xp?
buff & nerf for melee & mages was another good one!
the song was very annoying but I still enjoyed it more than that slow dance song they switched to. lol
The Good and Evil theme is just outplayed, an RPG doesn't have to be that simple, Planescape Torment for example.
Denerim looks like donkey balls, sorry.
Fake gamer? you mean I buy games then pretend to play them....
Simpletons are easily amused "duh I kill bad guys....duh me level up.....duh Dark Spawn are evil!".
Here's a pat on the head and a rubber ball.
Well I figured someone who whines like you would lash out with a childish insulting response. Good & Evil is the basis for almost any game or story in the fantasy world. Examples Lord of the Rings, Morrowind, Oblivion, Fable, KotOR, Mass Effect, Dialo, Champions of Norrath, & thousands more throughout history. There is plenty of lure in Thedas to learn but you have to find it(this involves listening & reading, hard i know!).
Denerim is your personal opinion & that is fine it is nothing pretty but it is simple & what comes to my mind for the city. (talking general building structure & layout)
We have tons of plot, details, codex entries & more throughout the entire game. Also this is the first game. It is an introduction to Ferelden, the world, & how it all works. Which is why we discover politics, darkspawn, history of a few races, mages, cultural differences, & much more.
I understand it must be hard for you but the first game is a set up, introducing as much as they can about this new world. DLC & expansion will only shed more light on darkspawn & even more.
Yes, a fake gamer...a cry baby. are you some console kid like a 12 year old? The longest Dungeon doesn't even reach 3 hours. Have you never played a high quality RPG or MMO?
Also I notice instead of having an intelligent response to my questions you just lash out with insults or sarcasm.
Unless you actually have something constructive to say which i really doubt. I think it is very safe just to ignore you & your stupidity along with your constant whining.

I don't care about new items. You have the toolset and mods for this. What I want to see is more specializations, talents, and spells to allow for a variety of different builds considering that the expansion raises the level cap to 35 or something.
And you have the toolset for this. People have already figured out how to make custom talents and spells. Now no one is saying it's terribly easy, but custom models require a bit more than scripting knowledge and patience to pull off. I too would like to see some new equipment art. Everyone's already said it, but it can't be repeated enough. The mage equipment looks ugly. I don't mind the mitre style caps, but can we have a moment of silence to ponder the unbridled ugliness of the floppy hood things? They make my eyes water.

This sort of proposed functionality would totally rectify the whole "well, I ran out of things to do, so I thought I'd run over to you" companion dilemma. Healer companions are particularly guilty of this, which means that when you play from the perspective of a melee character your healer tends to stand right beside you in the thick of things unless you order your entire team to hold. The drawback to doing that is that your combat companions then freeze up like deactivated golems, only attacking when bumped into or swung at (depending on their behavior settings). Furthermore, they give up whenever their target moves out of range or is knocked away.
In other words, the "hold" command turns your companions into traps. I expect my companions to be a little more... adaptive than that.
For icing on the cake, throw in a "defend area" command. Highlight an area of effect where you would like your companion to remain. Your companion will not leave this area and will engage any enemy who encroaches. Brilliant, yet simple.
