 So after the long wait for the DLC I get it, open my gift pack, awesome a talon merc.  I start speccing out the new kit only to find I can't take rank 6 of the mines because for some reason I have 4 points left.  This is especially frustrating because I used my last reset card on him specifically so I could get rank 6 of the mines.  Any one else experiencing this?
