I'm about to storm the base--which I've learned signals the final assault of the story--and my total military strength is at 4834 (the same for effective military strength), and the readiness is 100%. But when I exit multiplayer and stop playing the game, I'll come back the next day and the readiness rating will be at like 97% and the EMS at something like 4654.

Does this have any hindrance on me getting the better ending? I'm sure this sounds stupid, but I want to make sure before I go ahead with the final part of the story.
