Can you get off a Snap Freeze and Talon shot and still be under cloak? Or should I take the "use extra power" evo? I know I want to use Snap Freeze alot and then shoot them while still getting the damage boost from cloak.

I'm pretty sure you can manage it. Shoot first so you;re sure of the weapon damage bonus; you shuold be able to get a Snap-Freeze in before the cooldown starts.

Cloak, snap freeze and shoot. You still get the damage boost. Or cloak, shoot with a priming ammo type (incendiary for example) and then snap freeze and get tech explosions. Both are good. No need for the extra power evo as all of this can be done under one cloak cycle.
