 I'm sitting on about 600k and I have all the characters unlocked and. What's the best way to get the new ones? RPs or SPs?

I unlocked all the new characters with Spectre Packs, but the Adept is UR so that takes a bit of luck or lots of packs.

I got the AC Adept on my first Reserve Pack. Didn't get a single new UR and still don't have 2 preexisting URs.

Character URs are clearly not the same rarity as weapon URs.

Yeah I agree, because I ended up with 4 thralls out of that half mill or so. I also got most of the new charters unlocked. I'm just missing one.
