Just curious why there seems to be no prioritization on new weapons for Ultra Rares. In my experience, the newest kits (Rare and Ultra Rare alike) and newest Rare weapons got priority on unlocks, but URs have no such likelihood. I got about 3/4 UR unlocks in this morning's credit dump and all of them upgrades to older URs.

Why couldn't it be changed to make the completely locked UR weapons at Mk I more likely to drop and then feel free to drop us in level IV ammo hell? Doubt this will get read; probably will be lost in the mass of new kit threads, but I think it's at least worth asking.
