The free revive is ridiculous (and if you can revive from sync kills that's waaaaaaaaay over the line) but it still has a double edged sword where it can revive you in range of a sync kill unit, or if you're overrun you'll immediately revive into a bad situation.
Taking away the free revive, the survivability this power gives is very high. It already combines Adrenaline Module, Tech Armor and Ops Pack into one ability, and unlike Stim Packs, there is no cast animation so it will activate much faster.
Unless I am mistaken, it also appears to reset shield gate while restoring shields...
The offensive power is not as high as it would seem on paper (a shotgun GI will still put out more damage IMO) but she is very hard to kill in the hands of a semi-skilled player, so she trivializes carrying bad PUGs and solos.
I can see it now: Bioware gives it a token nerf a month from now but people will whine that they went too far and "we can't have nice things" even though she will still be very powerful. Most likely they will reduce the DR and duration of RM.
edit: Ok, so she can't auto revive from a sync kill.

I wholeheartedly agree with the original poster. She is, by definition, truly overpowered thanks to the Repair Matrix. Pop one of these, charge against the enemy spawn, kill all of them without fearing to be killed, rinse...and repeat.

That's not the point. Of course you won't die too much if you play her like, say, the Geth Infiltrator. The problem is, in good hands, repair matrix make her an engine of destruction that doesn't need to worry about taking cover or running away, because she will be back on her feet in no time. That' why she is overpowered and broken as hell.

If this kit raises the level of PUGs throughout the gameverse, I'm all for it. If it doesn't, then what's the problem? In any case, I'm sure Bioware doesn't base their balance change strategy on any forum thread (no matter how well and favorably known the OP is) but rather gameplay numbers and statistics. I remember a dev saying that if the numbers show any one kit/weapon is beginning to dominate the meta game to the extent of negatively impacting the gameplay experience for many, then it's probably surfin' for a nerfin'!
One other point - the ones calling for a change may be doing so as sort of a pre-emotive strike. Better to shape a nerd that is reasonable and won't ruin what is a genuinely great kit than to leave her to Fagnan's tender mercies and get completely disemboweled!

In the hands of a good player, almost any kit is like that though. And I play her the same way I play the Geth Infiltrator or the Drell Adept or Batarian Soldier: very aggressively with minimal to no deaths. It's just that once you get used to the game it's not that hard in and of itself.
The one thing that I will say is cheap is being able to revive from sync kills. But I'm sure if that is happening to people that it's a glitch. Other than that, auto-revive doesn't mean anything if the person is just going to get downed again instantly or get sync killed as soon as they get up.

That's not true. With any other of those kits you need to look for soft cover or retreat to avoid dying. She doesn't need to lose time doing such trivial things.

I facepalm at your lack of comprehension of why did I say that.
As the people who know me here know, I never complain about if something is broken or not, i'm very neutral, but this time had to be different because it's too big.
I never said a word about Stim pack being OP, i never minded, never said something about tactical cloak or any other power, I just like enjoy the game and let others enjoy it, but this time a single ability compromises the whole balance which is not good, that's why I stated my opinion about Repair Matrix.

She sucks, with her underpowered powers and her slow moving speed ... nah, I can't do it .. was hoping to convince people NOT to ask for a nerf.
So I played my first match with her as level 11 on Gold with a wraith and holy crap, ridiculous. So I wanted to see how far I could take the dominance and next match equipped her with the reegar with incendiary IV ammo. Hmmm ... cloak, snap freeze shoot, and every boss would die.
This is the first character to surpass the GI in damage capability, while combining a Drell speed base (and add +%20 to that speed with the 'matrix'). Plus instant self revives LOL, even her forward and reverse dodges are the best in the game.
This character (with a little practice) can take the average bronze player and turn them into contributing gold players, or turn silver regulars into platinum regulars.
FYI there is no character in the game which approaches the sheer dominance of this character ... TGI, GI, Juggernaut, Warlord, Kroguard ...
Hey, this is a great send off gift for the bottom %60 of the player field, because now these people get the chance to play difficulties they never could have with another character, so I think it is a nice touch from that perspective. For good players, there isn't a difficulty high enough to use this character in a challenging way, but so what ...
I vote to leave it as is
