Wouldn't a balance change to the AIU's power tree require yet another patch? And how long would that take if Bioware actually decides to spend money on making one?

I seriously doubt that ... Have a little faith in the power based elemental echantments added to his melee attacks ...

The biotic one seems to actually put the strength of a BE in the hammer.

I agree that Repair Matrix has too much going in for it and would've been good without that self revive thing, but either way...

I F****NG LOVE THIS SEXBOT

I'm using the Scimitar on her though, so her damage output for me isn't THAT op. :P

She is ridiculously fun and overpowered.

In my first two gold matches with her I only went down one time, and I saw it coming so matrix was ready to bring me from my grave.

And yes, I've played with some terribad players that didn't perform well with her, but a half skilled player will rip everything apart with her. Enjoy it while it lasts because BioWare can't let this in this umbalanced state.

You know i've been always against any nerf or buff. I'd like this game to be left alone.

Why do nerfers have to take it personally when someone else has a good time? The 'problem' is shockingly easy to fix: play a private match. Use the kits you like.
And yes, OP, you are a noob.

A construct designed to be superior to organics, made from light(er) weight materials, tasked with sabotage and infiltration.

Remember the ease in which Dr. Funbags tossed the Virmire suvivor on Mars? These things are built to be nimble and strong. Logic dictates that any complaints outside of ones regarding Repair Matrix are from people who haven't been paying attention.

I think I'm done with this thread.

using really weak shotguns seems like a fun alternative, i actually like the way the katana functions.

I think she is the answer from BW for players who complained about sync kill and low consumables.
Also every DLC had game breaking weapon.. No surprise just because it is character this time(again)

Nope... it will revive you over and over again if you cast it everytime you're downed.

It also lets her regen shields while cloaked... no other infiltrator can do that.

Like I said... totally broken, beyond words. She's still fun though... great for carrying bad teams.

TGI says hi. And certain SI specs. SI is debatable though as you do need to give up sniper damage or points from other trees.

Shadow says hi, too.

And I do agree that she's gunna be good for carrying bad teams. 'z why I appreciate her ability to bypass the medigel limit.
I get frustrated when people give up, and stop medigelling in wave 8 when I find joy in extracting.

I've soloed gold with batguard and get 10 waves survived - and I'm certain I'm not the only one especially as most BSN posters would be a lot better at this game than me.

So does it really matter?

Sounds great that team mates can self revive instead of bleeding out, and having to solo a wave which isn't always a guaranteed success. Perhaps the speed increases, and alleged DR could be toned down a bit. But leave the auto revive thing alone.

This is a lot of gibber jab, but at the end of the day you are no better than the standard BSN complaint of the day.

Provide a realistic solution to what you feel is a problem, otherwise you're no better than every other yahoo that screams, "OMG! So OP!".

Not his biotic/electric hammer obviously. His regular non charged melee.

675 vs 750 base damage.

Then if you add the 80% damage bonus from TC, another 50% because infiltrators have to be the best at every single thing, including melee,  the +135% from fitness, the +50% from the shotgun omniblade, the +20% from hydraulic joints and the 35% from strength enhancer III, you get 2775.

For the Krogan Warlord, you get  +180% from fitness,  +80% from rage (and you have to sacrifice durability for that, not a problem on the sexbot), +50% omni blade, +20% hydraulic joints and +35% strength enhancers III, you get 2464.

That's beyond retarded.

How does it make sense than a one-ton Krogan does less damage with a huge hammer than an uppercut from a dumb female-looking robot ? Not to mention that the Krogan's melee takes at least twice as long.

When I first used it I ran it with a Wraith and Scorpion, not knowing that the Repair Matrix (packs?) were grenades.

Only running level 1 consumables on gold, I feel in love. HUGE damage against the Atlas' Armour thanks to snap freeze. The enemies were dropping like flies and I think I only went done once. Ended up using the Repair Matrix only for the Atlas' or when I rushed into a large group head on, the thing is they also double as a better version (imo) of Stim Packs. Plus the green HUD overlay thingy is not too bad.

At around wave 8 I started thinking if they would nerf it, not that I am all pro buff / nerf.

All in all I think I will be running with an Acolyte and a Wraith, Acolyte for Stripping the shields off bosses and for dealing with Phantoms. Or the Scorpion for better Crowd Control.

I don't think the revive is a problem. You still have to worry about Sync-kills, and on harder difficulties grenades are incredibly difficult to come-by since you don't get many from ammo kits.

Yes, a smart player is practically immortal. But that's the keyword: "Smart"

The same could be said of ANY kit in the hands of a smart player.

Tactical Cloak is already OP.

We all knew a shotgun Tactical Cloak would be OP.

We also know that debuff + Tactical Cloak is bad.

Then, infiltrator with damage reduction ?

As fast as a drell ?

Who can regen shields ?

Who basically cannot die, ever ?

Who somehow has better melee damage than a freaking Krogan with a freaking big-ass hammer ?

She's not OP. She's not broken. She's an abomination.

I wonder what the hell Bioware was thinking on that one.

This coming from one of the biggest, egotistical idiots on this board Who has nothing better than to harras other players and even the devs themselves.. It's bioware's game to design as they see fit. You have zero right to tell anyone how to play this game. Especially on a platfom that take little skill to use. Idiots like you have come and gone, Nothing special.

12-14 of 20ish maps give 2 grenades in every box on gold, and most players never stay in the same spot.
the only maps with grenade issues are regular glacier, condor, and regular giant.
every other map has practically infinite.

Her melee attack is not super fast it is somewhere between Batarian and Krogan speed. It can be pretty effective unless the target moves while you are getting ready to hit. While the Edi Infiltrator has the Revive repair skill, it is for some reason excessively easy for her to get shot down. It does not feel like she has the health and shields listed for her. She is pretty quick which helps but, lol, it does not appear the Geth for example got a stun lock reduction as claimed. In fact, it seems more like it was increased either in frequency or in damage force.

And worst of all the annoying messed up spawn issue is still there.
