Switch to another character, then back to him. Your should have enough points now. I'm not sure if the other character needs to be an engineer to, but I chose an engineer and it worked. I'm on PC though, so not sure if it will work for you.

That is a function of lag and I have checked that. If you're feeling brave enough run a wave or two if solo with him and you will notice that.
art of the firing sequence requires host confirmation and part of the firing sequence is client-side. So 'prepare to fire and aim' is a clientside action, so you perform it regardless, however 'target is locked, fire bolts' is a hostside action so until the host acknowledges your action you will be stuck. Kind of how the Phase Disruptor takes a few moments between firing and actually hitting the targetted spot when off-host, but this locks you in the bow priming position as well.
Thanks for this info. I was having this problem too and if its a hosting issue that will probably prevent me from playing this kit much if ever.
Regardless, I won't be playing him until the issue with the keybindings is fixed.
In addition to the arrows doing next to no damage, they seemed to get dodged a lot. Almost as much as Submission Net. When they did hit they were inconsistent: one AP arrow did several bars of armor damage to a Silver Geth Prime, the very next shot didn't even take off one bar.

Yes he can, works fine on Xbox at least. Thermal Clips replenish your grenades and ammo as usual.
One thing that I think is a bug though is the rank 6 evolution in the passives. I had a 30 second regeneration on my grenades and after I took the evolution to replenish them 50% faster I was down to 26.71 seconds. As far as I now that is not 50% at all and it would make no sense to take that evolution in its current state.

We have confirmed that you can hear the grenades refilling while in the lobby/character selection but that appears to only happen when you first spec your kit
We have confirmed that sometimes you dont get full skill points, but if you do another action like going into the store, or reseting the game it appears to fix itself.
Still looking into the disappearing thermal clip consumable

But yeah. Wondered why the ammo box noise happened in character select, now i know. He is far from unplayable , but i can see the issues. As for the thermal clip, hasnt been an issue for me, ive been able to use them replenish all my grenades every time .

I'll have to see if that still happens as host. But when you add that to the mediocre damage the omni-bow has in the first place...
I did have issues with my keybindings being completely reset, but I had thought that was the DLC doing that. A bit annoying since I've bound all the match consumables to mouse actions.
[EDIT: I called it a big issue. The omni-bow jam isn't remotely as big an issue as the other bugs in the thread. Fixed for accuracy.]

There is not supposed to be challenges for it, they will be removed from N7HQ shortly

Oh so there IS a random sound happening! I was looking through the powers and selecting them when I kept hearing the sound of reloading grenades! I first thought I had mis-clicked a power...
I was wondering about the points... wondered why there was less points for this guy.

All key bindings are set to defaut if ur using this kit, try pressing F for meleeIvanche wrote...
Isn't the bow supposed to be melee binding? Middle click by default? I can't use bow. Or perform anything that is supposed to be binded with it - like heavy melee with holding middle button (on PC, of course).
