 AAAAARGH

When I click "Install now" on Origin, it's stuck on this circling... thing, and it's not loading. Have anyone else had this problem? I've already uninstalled origin. I am distraught.

Same here. Was about to make a thread on answer HQ when I saw this. 

EDIT: I've tried deleting all the DLC and installing them again. Reckoning is the only one with this issue.

Might help to know if you have a router (shared IP address implied). Origin itself only uses TCP, but if ports are not open due to router config or firewall, it'll never start.

I have this DLC Reckoning installed but I keep getting Online Pass Error. Am I alone with this problem?

At first Origin seemed to be unresponsive, but after some 10 minutes it was possible to close the Popup window created by the Addon installation.
