I have the exact same issue- it just hangs at the DLC retrieval after you click "Get it now"

It appears that Origin times out when trying to initialise the download.

Also, Reckoning doesn't show as being available in my DLC list on BSN.

QFT. Had this problem just a few days ago. Live chat asked the security questions, real name, etc. to verify my account ownership, then issued a new online pass. Took about 10min after 45min waiting.

Sorry to sound so harsh, Bryan, but my experience has been that the EA Support is unable to fix this issue.
I have the same problem (getting a message that I don't have an Online Pass....after I had been working fine for months) and they weren't able to fix this after several attempts to get in contact with them.
In the end, one of them did toggle with my entitlements, so now I can get access to MP, despite the fact that I still get the message at launch...
