It's not just europeans and australians. I'm having the same issue here in north america. It's just that there's less people reporting it in the americas because most of us are asleep at this time of night.

Same for me.
Honestly, as much as I love Bioware (very very much), I will never again pay EA a cent. Origin's is so bad, it's insane. Just a month ago I bought Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition, and had to spend ten hours to just make it work. No friggin more, I'm voting with my wallet.

Based on what I have seen it appears anyone who is attempting to download the DLC for the first time is having issues regardless of region.

You do realize that it was EA that bought Bioware right? I don't like the relationship either, but if a monster like EA decides that they will have you, there isn't many options.

BTW: it's awsome that an employee is sticking around to address issues with the launch. Just wish it wasn't neccessary (I bet you do to BroJo;))

Hi Brojo,
I done some testing, clicking others add-ons and the result are the same.
I do have all the multiplayer dlc's installed already.
It seems to me the origin server for add-ons might be down for some reason.
Is there anyone we can contact to report this?

Nah. I've been doing the testing with Bryan. Server for add-ons are fine since I was able to download and install the previous DLCs fine as it was already entitled to my account. 

However, for DLCs not yet purchased, it seems the Origin checkout process is wonky. The checkout process is what gives the entitlement of the DLC to your account.

For everyone else, I know we're all champing at the bit and desperate to play the new DLC, but enough of us seem to be having issues that we can probably at least play and earn credits in the interim. Or work. Which is what I have to do as I was completely unproductive yesterday.

After clicking 'get it now', the game addo-ons popup is loading. After loading, the popup stays completely white.
